We generally recommend that we narrow the search down to 6 - 8 homes to start with, that takes a few hours to go through, but it also doesn't seem to be too much to do in one day. Then, if we haven't found "the one", we hit the next homes on the list.

We will assist you in the viewing of homes. We have the necessary tools to get you in any home you want to see. If you find a home you like that isn't listed, contact us, and we will contact the owner to see if they would consider selling their home.

We also are able to assist you in the purchase of FSBO's (For Sale By Owners), we contact the homeowner, and make arrangements to show the home, and work out other details with them.

This is the fun stuff and We are very excited about what we do. We love working with people. We wish we could just drive around and look at homes with people all day and leave the paperwork behind!
